A Note To Our Valued Customers 

Dear Valued Customer, 

The health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our community is our top priority as we go through these times. 

Kleene & Green will remain open until further notice to be able to provide products in the prevention and spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). With that said, we are taking extra precautions by limiting employees and implementing telecommuting. We are still accepting WILL CALL orders but we ask for you to pick up your WILL CALL orders outside our warehouse for the time being. Please call or email us one to two business days so we can make sure your order is available and pulled for your pick up day.

As we continue to receive limited quantities of certain products, we are working hard with our vendors to receive alternatives. Please note, any backorder of critical products to assist in combating the coronavirus (COVID-19) such as hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes have been diverted to healthcare and first responders. We are hoping to get new receiving dates soon. We are doing our best in obtaining up-to-date information from our vendors. Unfortunately, toilet tissue is still being delivered to our warehouse in limited quantities which means we are still having to limit customers to toilet tissue cases. We want to be fair and make sure all customers receive something. Our vendors and manufacturers have placed products on allocation and inventory is limited. We will update you once we are able to release more toilet tissue cases per order. 

We are prioritizing orders with a first-come, first-serve method but we are also prioritizing existing customers. Any new customer opportunities are on a case-by-case basis. We will provide products as much as possible. We are doing our best to process backorders, but unfortunately it seems they will be more frequent for now. We will deliver any backorders as soon as they become available. With that said, we ask for your patience as deliveries may not be made as usual. Due to the high volume of orders, deliveries could be delayed. Please plan ahead and order days ahead to ensure a proper delivery. Please email orders to vcampos@kleeneandgreen.com
